This train-the-trainer course prepares experienced (Occupational) Rehabilitation Therapists to serve as GRS Academy Clinical Proctors, conducting on-ground skills practice labs and competency checks that complements GRS-HS Inpatient Occupational Rehabilitation Therapy (OT 951), a GRS Academy program. Participants will review the role of a Clinical Proctor and delivery recommendations and then gain access and understanding to the Clinical Proctor Toolkit, which contains all the resources to effectively and efficiently run proctoring sessions and conduct objective assessments of learner skills for this program. Resources include but are not limited to: Clinical Proctor Resource Guide, competency check assignment forms, skills practice lab and competency check learner handouts, scoring rubrics and comprehensive equipment lists. Those who successfully complete this training will be a GRS Academy Certified Clinical Proctor in GRS-HS Inpatient Occupational Rehabilitation Therapy.
